Commissioning a Mosaic

Here are a few more specifics to get you started commissioning your own mosaic.

• Phone & Email consultations for commission work is free of charge.
• Before your mosaic construction can begin a written contract or written confirmation (via email) must be completed.  The contract must include a complete project description, and estimated cost for labor and materials.
• All commission work requires a 50% deposit prior to beginning any construction and 50% upon completion.  For large architectural projects, payments can be adjusted for the various stages of the project.
• Creating any mosaic happens one piece of tile at a time.  The amount of time your mosaic project will take depends upon the size, material, and the detail of your piece.  Once those things are determined, I can give you an accurate timeline for completion.

Policy for Architechtural Commissions:

• Some smaller architechtural projects can be done on a mesh backing, that can be shipped to you, for you to install. This is a great way for you to save on cost. With photos of your space, exact dimensions, and color pallette samples you can ensure a perfect fit for your mosaic.
• On site consultations require a $100.00 fee. (Will be deducted from the overall commission price once the project has begun.)
• For large or out of area projects, travel, lodging, special equipment, and work crew costs will be included in your estimate.
